Monthly Maintenance Limit
Each website maintenance plan includes
up to 2 hours of update time per month.
If requests exceed this limit, additional work will be quoted before any work begins. Unused maintenance time does not roll over to the following month.
How To Request Website Updates
To request updates, please follow these steps:

Submit your request through the Website Update Request Form.
2.
Include the exact page URL where the update should occur.
3.
Provide the new text, image, or video needed.
4.
Attach all necessary files for the update.
Our team will review the request and determine whether the update falls within maintenance or requires a separate project quote.

Most maintenance updates are completed within this business days depending on complexity and request volume.
